Normal orders

You can always cancel an order BEFORE shipment. Once they're sent out, you have to send the product back before being able to cancel the purchase and receiving your refund.

Pre-orders

 
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect those funds to be able to make the product reality, to manufacture them. 
You can cancel a preorder the first week it opens, since we spend a week waiting to see how they go before starting production. If the production has started, then you can't cancel the order, as the funds are no longer in our hands and were used to pay for the fullfilment of the production.
